Lynn Austin Home, Inc. was established in 2004 after working in the tech industry in Santa Barbara, California for several years.
As the global facility and real estate manager, I coordinated lease agreements, new office build-outs, including floor and space planning, working with contractors and architects from North America, Europe and Asia.
Prior to the tech industry, I worked for several major corporations in the MIS department, including the aerospace and electronics industry.
My experience in the commercial industry has been instrumental in understanding residential projects.
Client satisfaction is the most important part of any of my projects and I work diligently as their advocate.
Upon my initial visit to discuss your project, I will sit and listen to your wants and needs. I take very detailed notes about the project. Once I have your project details, I will measure the project space, including door openings, window openings, ceiling heights: anything that is pertinent to your project.
After our initial meeting, I go to work on the design. It may take me as little as two days or up to a week. I will present a plan that is well thought out; keeping efficiency, design and budget in mind.
Then the fun begins with rendering your new design with Chief Architect Ray Trace. You will be amazed and delighted with the transformation. Upon final approval of design and budget, your project will be on its way and I will be by your side until the project is completed to your satisfaction.
